Tennessee EV Number Update: June 2021

Big news!

As of June 30, 2021, Tennessee has officially registered 13,811 electric vehicles. This is one step closer to DriveElectricTN’s goal of 200,000 EVs by 2028.

In the coming weeks, DET will publish a detailed breakdown of these EV numbers thanks to a collaboration between DET, the Tennessee Department of Revenue and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
